Okay, you got me.

I know you're trying to get back into my good books but how the hell did you figure out how obsessed I am with this song right now? Have you been keeping a really close eye on my Last FM Stats (if so, I apologise for listening to The Cure so much)?

Anyway, it's an incredible choon, especially in it's incarnation on Hark! The Village Wait - easily The Span's best album. Amazingly, that very recording features on my latest Acid Folk compilation, which I just finished compiling today!

Is it really a pro-union song, though? Seems a bit ambivalent to me. The message seems to be "join the union or we'll break your spine". Blimey!

cackles demonically and melts back into the shadows whence he sprang...

it is a choon tho innit

i consider "join the union or we'll berak your spine" to be the kind of straightforward, robust policy sadly lacking in the modern workplace, personally

have i missed the grime compilation already?

I think the grime comp goes live on Tuesday, 9am PST. I have no fucking idea what time that is in Japan. The Acid Folk comp will be online about a week after that.
