Though i'll happily be presented with a work which justifies his surpassing greatness on the evilometer etc but not hellhound on my trail.. too obvious!
Sorry - you're right, the mystique around the delta blues was a marketing ploy from the off and depends on some dubious stereotypes. I wasn't personally endorsing Johnson, just asking a question slightly aggressively cos I was drunk.
